Aqualung set out to launch a revolutionary product — the world’s first digitally connected dive regulator — under a tight deadline, with no script, no visuals, and no defined narrative. From the very first meeting, the project took shape through story concept development, sound design, and high-end motion design, bringing the product’s vision to life from the ground up.

The final film combined custom animation, integrated video content, and cinematic storytelling into a cohesive product launch piece designed for maximum impact. Built to communicate innovation, precision, and trust, the film debuted at CES 2025, positioning Aqualung at the forefront of connected dive technology and underwater exploration.

From uncertainty to clarity — one frame at a time.

With CAD already in place for a potential flagship product, Aqualung needed to communicate the Aquasense concept clearly and fast. The project began with rapid storyboarding and conceptual product visualization, built directly from the existing CAD data to define the narrative and align decision-makers early.

These visuals became the foundation for the final motion design, animation, and edit, turning uncertainty into clarity and helping move the product forward with confidence.
